To achieve breakthrough level results from Six Sigma initiatives, organisations need to involve a large critical mass of people speaking the same language and using the same roadmap. Green Belts are the people who are equipped with the right tools and techniques to translate Six Sigma projects into action. Companies that cannot afford or do not want to have full time Black Belts usually start projects with Green Belt. To be certified as Six Sigma Green Belt, participants must be able to demonstrate their mastery of basic Six Sigma methodology and project works with actual savings. This certification process ensures that the participants are indeed ready for the challenges of their Six Sigma project duties.

Hands-on training to apply learnt techniques using Minitab software on laptops provided in-classroom for every participant. Participants are encouraged to actively consult our Six Sigma expert whilst practising applied key techniques to their class projects.

Managers, Supervisors, Marketing Executives, Process Owners, Key Support Personnel who need to have working knowledge of process improvement and control, preferably degree/diploma holders with a minimum of two/five years work experience are encouraged to attend this course.
