Learn how to provide "Extra Mile" service to your customers with "Provide G.E.M.S Service" today! Discover the importance of having the right service mindset and find out how extra mile service benefits you and your organisation. Gain confidence in serving your customers through identifying your customer needs, applying effective communication techniques and identifying service behaviours that make an exceptional difference to your customer.Provide GEMS Service is a competency-based programme. Assessment wil be done on competencies learnt during the programme and participants will be certified with a Statement of Attainment by Workforce Development Agency (WDA).


COURSE OUTLINE


By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:



  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused mindset for going the extra mile

  • Project a confident, poised and well-groomed appearance

  • Create positive customer experiences using appropriate verbal and non-verbal language

  • Handle customer complaints and objections in a calm and professional manner

  • Identify options and take actions to go the extra mile for routine customer interactions

  • Identify options and take actions to go the extra mile for difficult/non-routine customer interactions

Experiential methods of learning will be applied to enable participants to learn and practice the concepts and skills taught during the programme:
