One of our key leadership programs is Corporate Social Responsibility Leadership program, conducted by Professor Kellie McElhaney. Dr. Kellie founded Responsible Business Center at University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business in 2003. In her five years at Haas, the Center has received global critical acclaim: the Wall Street Journal and Financial Times have rated the school as the top business school in CSR across the world. In this program, she will coach executives on how to build an effective CSR strategy and how to integrate CSR successfully into their brand and business strategy to maximize business impact. Executives ranging from CEOs, CFOs, Brand Managers, Executive Vice Presidents, Product Managers, Marketing Director, HR Directors to line managers from respected global companies such as Chevron, Wells Fargo, Intel, Cisco, HP, Dow Chemical Co and Walmart have attended Kellie’s course and provided positive feedback. One of the past participants concluded that the program “has created high impact on our business by integrating CSR strategies we have learned into our core business strategy”. We recommend you and your potential leaders to participate in the Corporate Social Responsibility Leadership program led by Dr. Kellie for Clariden in November.
