Course Benefits: Become a positive role model and understand how different Thinking Styles can be used appropriately. Delegates will be involved in recognizing their own style and address why change is necessary.
Course Summary: An intensive one day interactive program which gives delegates a new perspective on leadership including tools and techniques on how to get the best out of others.
