Readers' Choice Awards: Best Recruitment Firm

Hays claimed the Best Recruitment Firm – International gong for the second consecutive year.

Having won the Best Recruitment Firm – International award for the second successive year now, Hays has firmly entrenched itself as one of the preeminent leaders in the world of global recruitment.

Lynne Roeder, Managing Director of Hays Singapore (pictured), acknowledged that sentiment, saying her organisation was “absolutely honoured” with the prize.

“It proves that our consultants are not only the best in what they do, but they have a passion, energy, and commitment that is truly unrivalled,” said Roeder.

“We have the best-in-class training and development programmes that facilitate our consultants in realising their full potential.”

Roeder also shared how Hays is enhancing its recruitment framework.

“We continuously improve our recruitment model by adopting industry-leading technologies and developing a highly-engaged follower-network on social media,” she said.

“We are particularly excited by the development of our artificial intelligence capabilities that has brought a huge beneficial impact to candidate screening, and allows our consultants to focus on building relationships with clients and candidates.”

The recruitment firm will also be celebrating a landmark occasion next year, as it marks 50 years since the organisation placed its first candidate.

“We have a whole host of events planned to celebrate our 50th birthday that will take place globally and in Singapore. We have been on a journey that has been long and certainly bumpy on the way, but has been truly rewarding and we’re excited for what lies ahead,” said Roeder.

“Adapting to the needs of the market at a particular time and delivering accordingly; it will be this mantra that ensures we keep powering the world of work for the next 50 years.”

HRM Asia's Readers' Choice Awards were presented on September 8. All of the winners will be unveiled in the special Readers' Choice Awards forum.
