Caroline Palmstedt, Senior Associate Director, Centre for Future-ready Graduates, National University of Singapore
Palmstedt joined the Centre for Future-ready Graduates at National University of Singapore as its Senior Associate Director in March 2017.
In this role, she will be establishing the foundation for corporate leadership development programmes at the centre.
The Centre for Future-ready Graduates is a human potential educational initiative with the aim of future-proofing NUS graduate students’ leadership capabilities, through a suite of holistic research-based personal development programmes.
Palmstedt also concurrently holds the position of Leadership and Performance Lead, Asia and Africa, at agriculture biotechnology company Monsanto.
She is an experienced organisational effectiveness and talent management professional.
Kelly Leong, Regional HR Business Manager, Qatar Airways
Leong has been appointed as the Regional HR Business Manager at Qatar Airways Singapore, starting March 2017.
She joins from energy developer and investor Equis, where she was senior HR manager. Prior to that, she spent four years in a similar role at semiconductor firm Ultratech.
Leong has over 10 years’ experience in HR management and nine years in leadership roles. She is accredited by the Singapore Human Resource Institute, and calls herself a “creative, results-oriented, business focused Regional HR Leader”.
