Technology is constantly changing the world we live in – and HR cannot afford to hide from it. But nor can it blindly accept every new piece of software that comes along. The finalists for the Times Software Award for Best Use of Technology have shown a strong understanding of technology and have successfully used it to enhance their HR goals.
