Championing HR

HRM 12 Dec 2012

Where would HR be without the CEOs and executives that understand the importance and value of human capital? The Lanson Place Award for Champion of HR recognises those outstanding business leaders who work consistently to ensure best HR practice within their organisations.

It takes a leader with a demonstrated track recording in supporting and driving HR initiatives, as well as one who is a champion of change. Not only must the leader lead and create an environment that prioritises its employees, he or she must also communicate effectively with staff.

“Congratulations! We are honoured to join this event and support the companies that demonstrated similar practices like our  Lanson Place Philosophy, “Better Living comes from within”, which engages and offers a better future to all our employees, ” says Marc Hediger, CEO of Lanson Place Hospitality Management.
