Senior HR Operations Manager (Employee Life Cycle)

Reporting directly to the Head of Shared Services, you will be responsible for leading the team to manage the end-to-end employee life cycle activities, including but not limited to offer management, employee screening, on boarding, promotion, transfers and off-boarding. You will provide governance of the operating model for the employee life cycle activities, ensuring consistency and transparency. Ensure appropriate process documentation for all employee life cycle. Responsible for leading the team to manage the end-to-end employee life cycle activities. Excellent understanding of country-specific HR requirements in work passes, relocation, country employment laws and tax matters, with close adherence to employment legislations and regulations.
You would have a minimum of 12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR operations arena. Proven track record in leading a HR operations team through a changing environment. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with attention to details. Demonstrated experience in HR process design and re-engineering, understanding business and end-user perspectives. Self-driven and self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure.
