Regional Talent Acquisition Leader - Financial Services Industry

This is an established organisation with a large foot print in APAC. The business is looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader to be based in Singapore. This role will report into the Group Talent Acquisition Director and ensure the alignment of talent acquisition initiatives to the global agenda.
You will review and redesign the strategy for employer branding, sourcing and hiring to remain competitive and also play a crucial role in providing both short-term and long-term strategic insights to all recruitment related processes and policies. You have demonstrated experience in setting up a candidate mining database and resourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of various channels. You will serve as an advisor to the business on talent acquisition issues and partner closely with the HR team. It is critical to keep abreast of latest developments and trends in sourcing and hiring of talent.
The ideal candidate is degree qualified and has worked both in a corporate and agency settings. In order to excel in this role, you will need to be decisive, confident and have strong influencing skills. You must demonstrate the business acumen to partner directly with various stakeholders and perform under pressure. Experience in financial services industry is preferred.
