Regional HR Business Partner (with Talent Development Focus)

This is an established financial institution with a strong footprint in Singapore and across APAC. There is now an excellent opportunity to join as a Regional HRBP also covering the Talent Development function.
Reporting to the Asia HR Leader, you will work as an advisor to business units and in country HR teams. Key mandate of the role is to build a robust Talent Management culture and practices for attracting, developing and retaining future leaders across the region. Key deliverables are to build leadership development, succession planning, HIPO and workforce analytics strategies and programs that attract diverse talent. Additionally, you need to coach, develop and drive people leaders on team effectiveness and performance at individual and team level.
Ideally you are degree qualified with strong HR generalist and talent development background of at least 10 years or more in MNC or Banking environments. You have good communications skills. A good team player as well as one, who is able to work with minimum supervision, will succeed in this role.
