This is a new position. You will play an important role in raising the bar on performance by developing organisational capabilities. Reporting to and closely supporting VP HR APAC, your responsibility will be to oversee all organizational development processes, Talent Management and relevant people development tools. To do this effectively, you will partner with Business Leaders and Functional Heads to drive employee capabilities in line with business needs and ensure best practice organisational development across the organisation. Leading and facilitating training and development initiatives will also be critical.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in developing organisational capabilities that has resulted in fostering positive individual, team and company performance. You should be focused on delivery and results, whilst possessing excellent influencing, project and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity in complex matrix environments and the ability to work in a dynamic environment is essential.
