Working closely with Global and reporting to the VP HR, APAC, you will be critical in overseeing C&B structures across Asia Pacific. You will be responsible for managing the full Compensation Review process (Salary planning/ budgeting, promotions, bonus payouts, salary adjustments, merit review exercises), job grading/ Salary benchmarking exercises, analyzing and implementing new and revised benefit programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring company competitiveness on the market. You will assist your team with cost and budget analysis, communications, vendor selection and contract negotiations. Key to your success will be your ability to make positive changes, process improvements at a strategic level and work with local HR business partners in the roll out and execution of these programs.
