Due to plans to expand the business globally, they are looking to recruit an outstanding and dynamic Senior Human Resource Manager, Asia to lead this growth. Job Description
You are responsible for growing the HR team, and to lead the full spectrum of HR needs for the organisation, both strategically and operationally. Being a key member of the Management team, you will are expected to sit in on board meetings with Senior Stakeholders to provide counsel and advise on all HR matters. You will design long term HR strategies and provide practical medium term solutions to meet business goals. Key to your success is your ability to scale up the business within the given time frames, meet recruitment deadlines and aligning policies from Global HQ.

The Successful Applicant
You should be a Degree qualified individual from a reputable university with at least 8 years of HR experience in a high growth and dynamic environment. A culturally sensible and mature individual, you should have a passion for people and have demonstrated an impressive track record of being a proactive and inspirational leader with the ability to influence and drive changes together with senior management. Possessing an excellent attitude and aptitude, you should be ambitious with the vision to succeed as a HR leader in a Stellar organization! Due to the nature of the business, prior experience in manufacturing or plant environment is critical for this person to succeed in the role. Experienced gain from a start up role would be highly valuable.
