Senior HR Manager
About Our Client
Our client is a household name in the FMCG market with strong presence over in South East Asia. They have been profitable and comes across as a highly stable organization with an aim to further enhance their market share. They are currently looking for a process driven and energetic Senior HR Manager to join their team.
Reporting into the Vice President of HR, you will be leading a team of 2 direct reports. You will be required to take on a 2-pronged approach to secure strong operational excellence whilst being a change agent to transform the organization and reach greater heights. Some of the key deliverables include reviewing of benefits/staff welfare, salary structure reviews and new system software sourcing & implementation.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess approximately 10-15 years of HRBP/Generalist experience having dealt with blue collared workers and/or manufacturing environments, equipped with a degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. The ideal candidate should come with strong implementation skills and is highly energetic. Having good EQ is of utmost importance and someone who possesses a strong emphasis on teamwork.
