Regional Talent Acquisition Manager
About Our Client
Our Client is a global MNC with a strong foothold in Asia that is gaining market share from its competitors across the region. They are looking for a dynamic and vibrant Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across the region.
Reporting to the Head of HR and functionally to the Head of TA, you will hold responsibility of crafting the people agenda across the region with the most inclusive and diverse employer branding as well as a strong pipeline of candidates. You will be required to drive the talent acquisition agenda whilst functionally leading a team of country Talent Acquisitions across the region. The incumbent will also deal with MDs of various countries to understand their hiring requirements and ensure maintaining strong relationships through immaculate stakeholder management.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess approximately 8-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience in an MNC environment, equipped with a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. The successful candidate would have done Talent Acquisition across countries, both operationally and strategically. The ability to showcase passion in the brand and strong stakeholder management skills will be critical to the success of this candidate. Additionally, they will be looking out for someone who is a strong team-player to continue contributing to the success of the collaborative culture.
