About Our Client

Our client is a leading FMCG firm with a strong footprint in Asia and world-famous range of products under its belt. They are now looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to create effective recruitment and employer branding strategies for the region as well as ensure a successful growth plan.


Job Description

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will hold responsibility of crafting the people agenda across the region with the most inclusive employer branding as well as a strong pipeline of candidates. You will be required to drive the talent acquisition agenda across the region. The incumbent will also deal with senior stakeholders to understand their hiring requirements and ensure maintaining strong relationships through immaculate stakeholder management.


The Successful Applicant

You should possess approximately 7-9 years of Talent Acquisition experience equipped with a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. The successful candidate would have done Talent Acquisition, both operationally and strategically. The ability to showcase passion in the brand and strong stakeholder management skills will be critical to the success of this candidate. Additionally, they will be looking out for someone who is a strong team-player to continue contributing to the success of the collaborative culture.
