About Our Client
Our Client is a prominent global Sports & Lifestyle Retail company with strong foothold in Asia. Asia Pacific is in fact one of its fastest growing region with healthy year-on-year business performance. They are now looking for a strategic HR Manager to look after their Singapore operations.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a range of strategic HR initiatives and manpower planning exercise. You will consult and influence multiple key stakeholders across the businesses on people management strategies and issues as well as provide sound advice on Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development & Management, Recruitment and Performance Management. You will also be the subject matter expert in interpreting HR policies, procedures and legislative requirements both internally and externally. Most of all, you will ensure that top notch day-to-day HR operational services are provided to your stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
You must possess a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 12 years of HR experience. Previous experience leading HR in service-related industries such as Fashion Retail or Food & Beverage or Restaurants is non-negotiable. Previous green or brownfield HR experience will be advantageous.
