This is a newly created role with a highly profitable and expanding global MNC.
Operating in a niche industry crossing both media and financial services the company are on an exciting journey and are now seeking a high potential HRBP to join them and take responsibility for APAC.
The newly appointed Regional CEO is very much aligned to the importance of a robust people strategy having a direct impact on the success of the business so this role represents a real opportunity to partner with the CEO and the impressive Global CHRO to map out and deliver the people strategy.
This is a true end to end HR role where you will be responsible for putting in place new policies and procedures, partnering with the business leaders on employee relations, recruitment and performance reviews. There are a number of global projects to be involved in including HRIS implementation and talent management and those with a proactive approach will thrive and take on more responsibility over time.
We are looking to speak with dynamic, progressive and fast-paced HR Advisors or HRBP's who can work independently and have confidence in their own ability to make a difference. Regional experience is essential as is confident and fluent communication skills in English and ideally Mandarin.
This role is only open to those with exisiting right to work and experience of working in Singapore.
