Our client is a leading Financial Services provider with a significant base in Europe and Asia. They have engaged our services for a Regional Head of Rewards. This is a Senior position where you will be both consulted on operational and strategic matters across a range of reward related areas. A key support in establishing the reward strategy and for building internal leadership capability. This person must come with experience of regulatory compliance within the region as they will be an expert in this space for the business. Responsible for ensuring the company’s competitive reward advantage in the market through practical and innovative solutions.
This person will be responsible for managing a team and delivering operational and strategic excellence across APAC. This person will come with critical experience in Reward programmes design and implementation, Total Compensation, generating frameworks and providing practical and regional hands-on experience and working knowledge. Given the sector, compliance to regulatory requirements within the region is a must. This person will be responsible for the full suite of reward and compensation areas including; Benchmarking, annual BAU processes, working closely with key stakeholders and expertise across the region.

Strategic Oversight; You will play a lead role in the development and implementation of commercial Reward solutions (in line with the firm's parameters and local market) to support the firm’s strategy for APAC. This will include establishing strong operational excellence within reward, being a change leader when necessary, supporting internal processes, operational efficiency and providing regional expertise.
Background: To be considered for this role you will already come with Banking/Financial Services experience in order to have critical up to date and working knowledge of regulatory compliance.
