Regional Change Manager (1-Year Contract)
About Our Client
Our client is a global organisation that provides Professional Services to various walks of life in more than 100 countries worldwide. As the organisation grows in size, there is an increasing expectation on improving global reporting and work transparency, therefore they are now looking for a Regional Change Manager to facilitate their change process across different departments.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with the business leads to ensure appropriate planning and design of the people aspect of the change programme. You will also align all change programmes to ensure fast organisational change and minimised impact on business delivery. You are also to proactively drive engagement with other HR teams to facilitate a coordinated approach to implementation across the Region. Lastly, you will support and coach local HR teams to be able to deliver the people changes effectively across the region.
The Successful Applicant
You must possess the experience of delivering a large scale change programme involving significant culture change across a dispersed organisation. You also need to have effective change management communication skills as well as knowledge of relevant labour law and employment practices. Experience of working in a multinational and multi-cultural organization is non-negotiable.
