Learning & Development Partner
In this role, you will report to the Head of L&D and work closely with the business in conducting training needs analysis, designing learning curriculums and conducting various training programs across the organisation. A big part of your role will involve being an active member and a key driver in setting up eLearning systems down to the program roll-out, system testing, user training and tracking of system effectiveness. You will also be required to identify any performance gaps, work on identifying the causes and resolution.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are Degree qualified in HRM and/ or ACTA certified with at least 10 years post-graduate experience. Experience in leading curriculum design and rolling out eLearning system are non-negotiable. Key to your success will be your ability to manage senior stakeholders to get their buy-in and engage the staff to participate in your training programs.
