  • Salary: SGD 100k

I am working with a global Professional Services Firm with a base in Singapore who are looking to expand their SE Asian Team of leadership development consultants - who are client facing.

What's it like to work there? There is a flat structure and an emphasis on collaboration to promote personal development opportunities.  From day one, you will get real responsibility and exposure to leadership teams for global FTSE 100/Fortune 100 companies and grow your skillset and network within this space using a proven methodology.   You will get trained in their tools and analysis and will then run with your own assessments and analysis.

They are advocates of flexible working and believe in managing your own time to meet the needs of the client.  There is little red tape, so decisions are swift and you can drive creativity and tailor learning approaches according to the unique client need and learning journey.

Leadership Development Consultant Role: Client facing position where you will deliver leadership development workshops, undertake and replay analysis and present back results to the business.  you will use their tried and tested methodology which you tweak and tailor for the individual client need for a wide portfolio of exciting clients across South East Asia helping to build, develop and upskill their leaders and teams and align them to the overall business strategy.  You will execute strategies by creating alignment, change behaviours and mindsets, building leadership capabilities within your client organisations.

You will drive conversations around defining business drivers, competency mapping, and pinpointing the learning need based on the organisational challenges. The consultant will be active in delivering both assessment solutions and facilitating workshops.  You will provide support to sales teams in sales proposals and presentations requiring in-depth expertise.

You will help drive thought leadership, deliver and design leadership assessment, training, executive coaching.  You will work on projects such as retention, onboarding, engagement, e-learning, soft skills and engagement.

You will act as an individual contributor and / or a part of a team made up of your own team members or the clients depending on the remit and work on multiple projects. The successful candidate must be an excellent relationship builder.

Desirable: Master degree or Ph.D. in I/O Psychology preferred (consider alternate advanced degree e.g., clinical psychology, social psychology, ABD I/O with additional experience, extensive HR/Selection experience, etc.).  Alternatively a degree in HR or Business Administration.

Travel: You will need to be flexible and travel across SE Asia to meet clients and deliver leadership solutions.

Background: The client is open on sector background for this role, but you must have a solid experience of leadership development, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ideally from a professional services background, with a psychology qualification.

Unless the advertisement specifies otherwise, only HR Professionals who are legally able to work in this country can be considered.
