With the increasing affluence of Asia Pacific, they are looking to expand their reach in the region. Right now, they are looking for a seasoned HR manager to join their join brand.

Job Description

This is a replacement position, reporting directly into the Regional HR Director for Asia and working closely with the Managing Director to craft out people policies that result in efficiencies and service excellence. You will lead a small team to ensure smooth running of the daily HR operational matters while working on human capital initiatives that helps the organization achieve its business and people goals. This role would also play a strong part in managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment for staff to thrive in. Given the nature of the business, they would also require this individual to build a strong talent pipeline through consistent networking within the industry and thinking of new avenues to get best talent in the market.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, you should possess a minimum of 10 years in a HR Operations & Business Partnering capacity equipped with a degree in HR or its equivalence. The individual should portray strong business acumen, influencing skills and have the tenacity to work in a highly diverse workforce. They would need someone who can showcase a systematic approach in dealing with issues and someone who has the mental grit to be creative in problem solving. The individual should come across with strong communication and presentation skills and be able to work independently while managing multiple project streams.
