Job Description

Reporting to the Business, you are responsible for the full spectrum of people/ talent initiatives for the organization. You would be required to drive the Talent Management strategy for the business keeping in line with the business/growth agenda to attract and hire the best talent. You will also build the people strategy, policy and processes, succession planning pipeline, recruitment/ retention strategy to achieve stronger organisational performance and competitive advantage. You should be excited with an opportunity to organize change in a highly complex and fluid environment with demanding stakeholders. Key to your success is your ability to navigate around ambiguity, possess an infectious charisma and produce great work with speed (not haste)!

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a all-rounded leader who is well versed in all aspects of the generalist spectrum and able to operate on both a strategic and operational level. You should have a track record in designing organization level initiatives as well as the humility to roll up your sleeves when necessary. Due to the nature of the business, prior experience working in a client servicing industry or role would be highly valuable in this position. If you are a proactive, tenacious person with a can-do attitude and is someone who is constantly striving for perfection and would like to work in an environment where you are provided with a blank canvas; allowing you to express your creativity, please apply!
