Head of Talent Acquisition APAC
This market leading business in a niche part of the technology industry have an existing talent acquisition platform that has served them well but they are now looking to upgrade the function to help the business reach the next level of their growth.
Managing a regional team the Head of Talent Acquisition APAC will take the lead in implementing new strategies, approaches and techniques to ensure the business is seen as the employer of choice in their sector. This can include new networking and sourcing strategies, establishing & managing talent pipelines and work with the global team on projects and EVP.
This role will be highly visible both internally and externally as you will be driving the brand out to the talent community at events, campus's and online. It really is up to this individual how creative they want to be!
This is a role suited to a confident, proactive business partner who has exceptional influencing and relationship building skills. Working as part of a regional leadership team being commercially aware is a given, you must immerse yourself in the business, understand the operations, work with the Manager and identify where upcoming pressure points will be.
The workforce consists of both blue and white collar workers so experience covering both would be an advantage and proven experience of talent sourcing across Asia including China is vital. Whilst being a strategic role this individual must be hands on and operational and 'lead from the front' with the team in particular. With previous Talent Acquisition team leadership you will be a motivating coach and leader and have a real passion for improvement.
