About Our Client
Our Client is an international Conglomerate with over US$7 Billion worth of revenue and close to 130,000 employees worldwide. They are looking for a seasoned Head of Human Resources to look after the entire gamut of HR Services for the region.
You will drive operational excellence within HR Services, ensuring that the business units are aligned and working effectively. You will also monitor performance of direct reports (Centre of Excellence groups) in the execution of their sub-function responsibilities and performance objectives, and take corrective action where required. You are also to consult with Business Partners and HR Services sub-functions, provide support to each operating company on long term strategic implications and build in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The Successful Applicant
You need to have a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in HR management or general management with minimum 12 years of experience in Human Resources and solid experience in all HR functional areas including recruitment, performance management, talent development, compensation and benefits and HR operations. You need to demonstrate effectiveness at working with Business Partners and senior leadership teams in providing insights and recommendations on people-related issues
