About Our Client
Our client is a privately owned MNC in the medical devices industry and have won plenty of accolades globally for their work. They have undergone a change in their management team and the focus towards HR value creation has intensified. They are now looking for a Country Total Rewards Director to take their compensation philosophy to the next level.
Reporting into the VP of HR, this role will oversee the Total Rewards doctrine for the business and they are looking at a complete revamp of the function to inject fresh perspectives in the organization. This role will focus on re-grading the job positions and salary ranges to remain more relevant and hence competitive in the market. Moreover, they are also looking at an overhaul of their benefits to include a wider range and more flexible solutions. Additionally, you will hold responsibility of crafting the Total Rewards strategies alongside the HR Director that will align with business strategy and to attract and retain employees.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess approximately 10-15 years of Total Rewards experience, coming from agency, in-house or a good mix of both, equipped with a degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. Ideally, you should be action-oriented and adept at working in a fast-paced, growing organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution.
