Our Client is in the Pharmaceutical industry, specifically in biotechnology focusing on the development of cancer immunotherapies. They are a young company that strongly values the talent in their organisation. Due to the growth in the organisation, there is now an exciting opportunity for a ambitious and driven HR professional to join the Human Resource Team in the capacity as a HR Assistant Manager.
Reporting to the VP HR, you will be responsible for the managing the Compensation and Benefits, Payroll and HRIS project implementation. In view of improving the current state of HR, you will also work on ad-hoc projects to put in place C&B structures, payroll processes and system enhances. While you will have the support of a HR Executive, you would be required to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on on a regular basis. Key to your success is your ability to wear different hands and manage multiple stake holders.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should possess a Degree in HR or Accountancy/ Business with 4-6 years of postgraduate experience in a HR operations capacity. You should have excellent people skills and knowledge of HR/ payroll systems, such as SAP/ TimeSoft/ PeopleSoft. Exposure in a shared service environment will be highly advantageous, althought not a pre-requisite. To be highly successful in this role, you should possess good communication skills, have a positive attitude and be able to work in a collaborative and team centric environment.
