Assistant HR Manager (Talent Management & Recruitment)
About Our Client
Our Client is a prominent F&B company with a strong global foothold and numerous outlets worldwide. Due to strong performance and expansion, they are now looking for a new Assistant HR Manager to drive Talent agenda as well as Employee Engagement.
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Human Resources, you will drive Management, Acquisition and Employee Engagement strategies at the group level to ensure a sustainable and pro-active approach is implemented to better facilitate business growth. You will manage succession planning exercise, talent pipelining, HiPo management, manpower planning exercise, as well as end-to-end Recruitment from selection, interviewing, salary benchmarking and on-boarding processes. You will also analyse key HR reports and work closely with line managers in staff planning, budgeting and achieving operational KPI. As part of business partnering, you will resolve staff conflicts and provide coaching, consultative advice and assistance to department managers and supervisors.
The Successful Applicant
You must possess a Bachelor Degree with 8 years of HR Generalist experience at the in an F&B company. You also need to be able to speak and write Mandarin so as to communicate with Chinese associates, including drafting letters in Mandarin. To be successful in this position, you need to possess the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with the business line managers.
