Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing small to large and complex projects on Leadership & Organisational
  • Take on a significant role in client management and ensure lasting and continuous relationships with clients
  • Contribute to staff development
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the Leadership Development business and planning for long term strategic objectives and direction of the organization
  • Support and drive Leadership Development sales and marketing efforts through establishing connections and alliances that will lead to new leadership development business for the company
  • Market and promote: 
    - Align SMA's Leadership Development suite
    - Align SMA's Organisational Development suite
  • Develop and lead
    - Align SMA's Leadership Development Suite
    - Align SMA's Organisational Development Suite
    - Align SMA's Coaching Model / Coaching Management System
    - Panel of Coaches
  • Oversee and generate 360-degree Feedback reports for clients.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of  Leadership Development & Organization Development theories and ability to turn it into practical actions with regards to dealing with real organizational issues.
  • Desire to undertake both quantitative and qualitative work
  • Possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to contribute in a high performance environment
  • Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Proven ability in the Learning & Development field
  • Self-motivated and able to communicate effectively at all levels both within and outside the Company
  • Promote and project a positive attitude towards the Company and its objectives.
  • Candidates with Coaching / Facilitation experience are preferred, but not necessary
