Our client is a leading financial services provider with a growing reach in the region. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) professional to be part of their corporate team based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Head of C&B, you will be responsible for driving various rewards initiatives. You will develop robust and innovative company-wide C&B programs in consultation with key stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. In addition, you will be responsible for reviewing and developing current rewards programs, carrying out benchmarking exercises, monitoring C&B trends, as well as effectively communicating the various C&B programs to the business.
Degree qualified in HR, you possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of C&B principles and methodology, operations, legislations and compliance. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential. Good written and verbal communication skills as well as solid stakeholder management skills will hold you in good stead for this role.
