A global bank is looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join their team. The role will focus on strategic development of talent in the organisation and requires an analytical approach. Primarily, the role will look to design and coordinate development initiatives which support the organisations talent agenda.
The role will include:

Providing input to the Head of Talent to support the development of talent strategies

Engaging with talent teams across the business to identify opportunities for cross-functional programs

Defining the business talent propositions

Analysing changes in organisational needs and propose talent initiatives based on identified requirements

Promoting best practice with regards to talent programs
-
Coordinating developmental activities
