Job Responsibilities
  • To design, implement and deliver training/intervention programs through close collaboration with HR Business Partner, Global Talent Management Team, Functional Heads and Key Stakeholders that support business strategies and needs.
  • Support employees’ development, talent management and succession planning through the development of career roadmap, competency framework and coordination of organizational development initiative programs.
  • To ensure the execution of core programs across all APAC locations are synergized through the provision of consistent guidance, coaching and support on all talent management processes and tools.
  • Perform stand-up delivery of Learning & Organization Development programs.
  • To oversee the administration of the Learning Management System and training records by tracking, monitoring and evaluating training programs effectiveness as well as Singapore’s manufacturing training matrix.

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Sound knowledge of Total Company Learning Plan, Learning Management and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong communication skills to speak to personnel of all levels
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Display high levels of maturity and sound decision-making
  • Proactive, hand-on, self-driven, with strong business acumen
  • Ability to work both independently and a strong team player
