Talent Management Partner, Asia Pacific
Job Responsibilities

To design, implement and deliver training/intervention programs through close collaboration with HR Business Partner, Global Talent Management Team, Functional Heads and Key Stakeholders that support business strategies and needs.

Support employees’ development, talent management and succession planning through the development of career roadmap, competency framework and coordination of organizational development initiative programs.

To ensure the execution of core programs across all APAC locations are synergized through the provision of consistent guidance, coaching and support on all talent management processes and tools.

Perform stand-up delivery of Learning & Organization Development programs.

To oversee the administration of the Learning Management System and training records by tracking, monitoring and evaluating training programs effectiveness as well as Singapore’s manufacturing training matrix.
Requirements

A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar capacity

Sound knowledge of Total Company Learning Plan, Learning Management and Applicant Tracking Systems

Strong communication skills to speak to personnel of all levels

Bilingual in English and Mandarin

Display high levels of maturity and sound decision-making

Proactive, hand-on, self-driven, with strong business acumen

Ability to work both independently and a strong team player
