The role will focus on leading the talent management process from identification, reporting and analysis of development needs. Partnering with the leadership development teams and driving the Talent agenda through Asia you will be aligning it to the talent strategy and implementing a rigorous process to the talent agenda. Your key liaisons will include the Senior HR Community and selected Business Leaders across Singapore and APAC.
Your main responsibilities will include programme development whilst driving a high performance organisation design with particular attention to the senior management team. You will be accountable for the process and techniques during performance management time that are used to categorise talent and HiPo’s to ensure the information is valid to drive business performance and improve the way the leaders identify Hipo whilst constructing a culture that thrives and motivates how to look at their career.
An expert within the Talent development area bringing a host of talent expertise to an already successful and highly capable HR function. You will have undertaken a similar role within either a large corporate or a financial services organisation and be accustomed to working within high performing complex matrix organisation.
