A Global Financial Services firm based in Singapore is looking for a SVP HR Manager to head up their Singapore operation and also act as a strategic partner within group of companies to develop and implement key HR programs & systems to maximize individual and organizational effectiveness.
You will work closely with the Regional Head of HR & Management Team to develop effective HR and business relationships with assigned business areas, through building an understanding of their business, and provision of HR expertise to support the achievement of business objectives. You will also deliver operational excellence and innovative client solutions using a strategic and consistent business partnering approach.
Working in conjunction with the training specialists, you will facilitate the delivery of training & development solutions to enhance leadership and management competence levels within the organisation. Acting as a Senior HR Partner, you will be a leader and ambassador for Continuous Personal Development throughout the organisation, locally & globally.
The incumbent will provide internal consultant advice to local MD’s and the management team to support and enable organizational change. The HR Manager will be responsible for all entities assigned and manage all local HR staff accordingly.
You must be a degree holder with at least 10 years experience in HR from a MNC environment and at least 5 years managing a HR team within the Financial Services sector.
