The role holder is responsible for driving bottom-line business performance through creating an effective, efficient organisation where engaging employees is at the heart of every interaction. The primary responsibility will be to implement a strategic people agenda and drive performance across a large geographic location for the Investment Banking business.
You will act as a catalyst, stimulating high engagement through your advanced business partnering skills – including maximising the performance of people, HR products and processes which ensure employee needs are satisfied, and business heads, lines managers and employees are playing to their strengths. Additionally, you will ensure a robust talent pipeline to meet the future needs of the business and proactively coach the business heads and senior management team. You will also represent and champion HR in all interactions with Investment Banking, and in turn represent the business and its agenda to the wider HR community.
Applicants should have significant experience of working in a senior HR Relationship Manager role at a regional or global level coupled with experience either within Investment or Global Markets, and ideally geographic knowledge of the Asia Pacific region. Experience working within a complex matrix structure will be critical.
