Newly created role with broad geographical scope
Working closely with senior stakeholders you will provide consultative recruitment support on talent acquisition and the identification and management of a pipeline of future talent for the Human Resources function for the Asia region. This role will provide you with the opportunity to leverage your existing relationships with international HR candidate base.
The recruitment aspect of this role will focus on senior and mid-level international, regional and local searches for the acquisition of HR Generalists and Specialists. Therefore it is essential candidates show evidence of their experience in the recruitment of senior level Human Resources positions gained within an agency, search or in-house environment. It is also critical candidates have demonstrated ability to liaise with and manage senior candidates and internal client groups.
Solid ability to subtly influence and impact outcomes coupled with highly-developed search and execution skills, and ability to structure solutions that meet business needs via high level planning, prioritising, will be a prerequisite. Candidates should already be based in the local Singapore market or have concrete plans to reside within a very short time.
