A leading Clinical Research Organisation with a strong focus and commitment to Asia Pacific has recently created a new role for a Senior Recruiter. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business which is creating its APAC hub in Singapore.
This Regional Senior Recruiter will be responsible for end to end recruitment across the APAC countries using best practices for attracting, sourcing and screening applicants. Accountability will include leading the development of ongoing creative and cost effective sourcing strategies for assigned open positions, as well as advising and consulting with managers throughout the hiring process, providing detailed assessments for all candidates sourced. The role will also include managing the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in the hiring process.
With over 5 years experience in recruitment it would be a plus to come from both an in-house and agency background, as well as Life Sciences. You will have proven recruiting experience within the APAC region as well as good cultural understanding and must have worked on senior management positions.
