Job Description
You will be part of the HR team driving talent attraction efforts through the management and promotion of scholarship and internship programmes. You will execute the selection process as well as the continuous engagement with scholars and interns. You will develop, administer and review existing policies and procedures. You will also be actively involved in the branding of these programmes and building effective relationships with tertiary and university partners, as well as SME business leaders to nurture future business leaders.
Requirements
A good degree in any discipline with at least two years of HR-related work experience, preferably in scholarship management. You must be a self-motivated team player, strong in execution and multi-tasking as well as possess good communication and interpersonal skills. You enjoy networking with business partners and engaging with youths.
