You will part of a dynamic team that delivers human resource management best practices with the organization. This includes providing HR services to designated divisions in areas of manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits as well as performance management. You may also be assigned special HR projects that contribute towards Organizational Learning & Excellence.
Requirements
- Good recognized degree, preferably majoring in HR & Organizational Development with at least 5 years of broad experience in HR, preferably in capacity of HR business partner
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous work experiences in HR Department within a statutory board environment will be advantage
