You will enhance the performance management framework to attract and retain talent. It includes reviewing and executing the entire performance management process and career development framework for the Board. In addition, you will also perform review of HR policies and processes which include both HQ and Overseas Centres. You may also be assigned to handle special projects.
You should have a recognised degree and at least 4-5 years of relevant HR experience. You should be analytical and meticulous with good communication skills.
