The company is poised for ambitious growth and as a result, Human Resources initiatives have to keep ahead of this expansion- we are now creating a new role to partner the management.
Job description
Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a generalist role where the individual will examine key issues from an organizational development perspective and how talent pool will evolve with changing business needs. You will interface regularly with the senior management, providing inputs and managing the climate and communication which is cascaded throughout the organisation.
The individual
The ideal person should have 5 to 7 years of experience in a generalist capacity and has managed projects that effect successful changes in the organisation. An organizational development background or a keen interest in this area will be highly desirable.
