Job description
This individual will be the HR lead for the company’s second largest revenue generating business. Your portfolio includes Singapore as well as 4 countries in APAC and your role will be a blend of both tactical and strategic initiatives. Besides the running of the day to day local operations, you will also be involved in regional projects that involve the entire organisation and with the rest of the business lines.
The individual
Ideally, this individual should have at least 8 years of experience which includes managing a plant, unionized environment in Singapore context. Attributes such as demonstrated leadership, positive attitude and an affable personality will be highly desirable.
