Senior HR Executive

Renowned Healthcare Group
5 Days/West
Salary from $2500 to $4500 per month

Our client, a renowned healthcare group, providing advanced medical care, clinical training centre and a research centre. One of the leading players in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities

Support the HR Director and Manager in review, development and implementation of HR learning & development policies, plans, processes and programmes to ensure they are effective, relevant and aligned to organizational goals and objectives and market trends and competitiveness
Work with business units and staff in providing value-adding advice, support and service to train and develop our talents
Administer and execute HR functions and processes including sponsorship, orientation, training administration and indicators, etc
Coach and guide support HR staff in the execution and processing of HR learning & development functions
Assist in the development, design, conduct, delivery and assessment of the outcome of appropriate learning and development programmes for staff in line with the Hospital’s goals and objectives
Assist in the audits of learning and development programmes to ensure relevance, maintenance of standards and alignment to the Hospital’s goals and objectives
Participate and support in the Hospital projects and events, as and when assigned or appointed
Support, promote and participate in the Hospital’s events and innovation initiatives, including wellness, work-life balance, charity activities, staff suggestion and process/work improvement review projects

Requirements:

Possess a recognised Degree with at least 2 to 4 years of Learning & Development experience
Post-graduate qualification in HR (Learning and development) will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office
Good Analytical Skills
Organised, pro-active, bold and sense of urgency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results, customer as well as people oriented
Open to Singaporean / Singapore PR only
