Due to the rapid growth of this European MNC within the Energy industry, our client has created a new role for a Senior Business Partner to head up the function within HR. You will report to the HR Director and supervise two staff and be accountable for a number of portfolios across the business.
You will be a strong busienss partner with previous experience with a similar role, and have at least 10 years relevant HR exposure. You will also have come from a start up background with the ability to deal with fast expansions in order to add value and streamline the business.
