Headquarted in London, my client is a global leader in the Consumer Goods industry. An interesting and diverse business, my client is looking to bring the HR function up to enviable global standards. 
The business is exciting, fast paced and growing rapidly business in the SE Asia region.
They are looking for a Regional Head of Human Resources, to be based in Singapore, covering a SE Asia portfolio. This role reports directly into the Head of HR for Asia Pacific and will be instrumental in driving the HR strategy into the business. This role will require a candidate that is confident working at Senior Level, has the ability to think strategically, yet be hands on and deliver where appropriate. High influencing skills are needed as well as previous exposure to robust Global HR practices. The ideal candidate will be extremely structured in their approach and have had experience in bringing HR up to exceptional standards. 

This role is a full spectrum business partner role, working closely with business leaders to deliver high level HR strategy that is aligned with the objectives of the business.  
  • Strategic Partner and influencer to the business leaders 
  • Creation and development of exceptional HR processes and policy, ensuring they are embedded successfully into the business
  • Ensuring global standard recruitment practices are followed uniformly across all business areas and countries

Candidates will have:
  • Exposure to Global HR Practices
  • Have experience in working in a highly structured and matrix organisation
  • Exposure to a sales and marketing environment
  • Around 10-12  years experience as an HR Generalist
  • Exposure to a Regional portfolio
  • A high level of business acumen
  • Strong presentation and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to influence senior leaders within the business
  • University Degree, ideally within Human Resources
  • Exposure to a sales driven organisation
