Interim that could lead to a Permanent position
Senior HR Business Partner
Established for over 100 years, my client is a leader in the international manufacturing space.
With a Headquarters in Europe, my client has experienced significant growth within their business over the past few years, with particular strength coming from the Asia Pacific region.
On an interim basis, that could lead to a permanent role, they are looking to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner who is able to work closely with the business and deliver on the HR strategy which is aligned to business objectives.
Key areas for this role will include:-
Developing and embedding a business aligned HR strategy
Talent Management and Succession Planning
Industrial Relations – working within a Unionised environment
Organisational Design and Development
The successful candidates will have a solid background in HR Leadership, with related industry experience and exposure to working with Unions.
Additionally candidates will possess over 10 years experience within HR, ideally on a regional capacity and be fully conversant on local labour laws and HR practices across the Asia region.
A Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline is highly sought along with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
