Senior Analyst - Benefits

Location: Singapore

Report to: HR Manager – Compensation and Benefits

 

Our client is a Global Technology MNC with their regional headquarters in Singapore. They are looking for a Senior Analyst with a focus on Benefits to join their C&B team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and implement company’s benefits program.
  • Develop communication plans to keep employees informed and enhanced understanding level on company’s benefits plans, policy features, enrolment or claim processes and any proposed changes.
  • Participate in designated vendors and HR networking surveys. Review market data and survey results to ensure company’s programs are current with regard to trends, practices and ensure compliance with legislative requirements. Perform data and information analysis leading to business decisions or recommendations.
  • Assist in planning, developing, and redesigning of company benefits programs and analyzing the competitiveness and its associated cost impact.
  • Manage third party vendors’ (health care and insurance) service level and performance standards. Work on routine operation matters to streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage problem escalations, exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Co-ordinate regional insurance renewal plan and its activities, timeline and identify deliverables for the region.
  • Manage in country group insurance program – review and follow up on claims turn-around cycle time, manage claims appeal cases, manage insurance tender process with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide annual HR policy updates and revisions.
  • Support HR Policy Audits Cycle and develop action plans to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of local and regional legislation and labor contracts that may affect C&B policies.

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years relevant working experience in MNCs
  • Proficient in English and Chinese language
  • Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point
