Reporting to the locally based Head of HR for AMAP, for this brand, media and communications MNC, this newly created role provides strategic and operational HR Business Partnering and HR leadership to the SEA region.
With a highly qualified professional workforce and diverse, predominantly expat, leadership team, you will be the "trusted advisor" to business heads and line managers in relation to all aspects of Human Resources. Balancing the need to effectively manage employee costs whilst maintaining a high performance culture where passion and talent is rewarded, your business acumen and ability to inspire creativity and innovation, with the additional willingness to roll up your sleeves, will be essential for success.
Possessing 10 years HR experience, including at least 5 years within a generalist role and regional leadership experience, you will have outstanding organisational skills and the ability to act independently. Experience gained predominantly within fast paced US or European MNC's will be highly regarded. You have a positive can do approach and the ability to influence and engage both a youthful, creative workforce and highly demanding management team.
Your enthusiasm, personal drive, strong interpersonal and influencing skills and sense of humour will secure this role.
